I upgraded from a Charge 2 to a Versa 2 in October of last year. It's been great until the last month or so. The screen keeps freezing when I try to swipe, up/down or right doesn't matter. Sometimes if I pause a few seconds it will work, sometimes not. I've reset it repeatedly and it just seems to be getting worse. It has also reset itself in the middle of tracking an exercise about half a dozen times. Help!

Regarding the screen issues that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
