I've had my versa for less than a year. This past week it has suddenly stopped holding a charge. I was getting 4 plus days out of a charge, now I'm down to a day. I've contacted customer support and followed all of their suggestions, but it nothing has improved the performance. Whatever changed with the firmware update, needs to be fixed.

Regarding the battery draining issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
