Versa 2 screen frozen

Fitbit Versa 2 frozen in time with battery at 91%.  No activity since 8:11am today. What's the problem? Assistance needed.

Hi @BreDudley, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the screen got frozen with 91% of battery.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, charge your watch again and see if the issue gets fixed.
