My versa 2 has been dim for a couple of weeks I have tried resetting, running it completely flat, and changing all different setting (sleep mode, wake mode, always on etc). It lights bright after charging from flat then back to dim as soon as being synced with the app. How can I get it to stay bright? ...any help would be greatly appreciated 👍🏻
