Had my Versa 2 for 6 days and took a hard fall and cracked the screen. When I called them, they said I was not eligible for replacement despite having it less then week. I use my watch specifically for sports and tracking the work outs. How is it possible that they would make something specifically for tracking to be this breakable. Only thing they would offer was to replace at regular cost. Super sad. Was a loyal fitbit user but that is changing. SO if you are getting a Versa please be warned! They are very fragile! My fitbit charge was way better less the part that it called it quits within 1 year of having it.
