Before it blanked off, I got a green screen the day before, then a white line was rolling up and down the screen, by the evening everything was back to normal but last night as I was going to start working out the screen completely blanked off.
Tried restarting it but it never responded, even up until this present time, no response from it, no lights nothing.

Is there any way the solution can be posted to the forum? I’m having the same problem.

Hi @ddore0205, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that the screen of your Versa 2 became unresponsive, I would like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
