I've seen a number of posts about this very thing happening. I was in bed, rolled over and felt something strange. My watch screen was loose. I took it off until morning when I could check it. It still works, but the face won't stay in place! I have had my Fitbit for just over a year, was a year at Xmas. What can I do?

Thanks for your response. As I noted in my post, my Fitbit Versa is just over a year old and the warranty is no longer in force. It looks like this is a common issue. It would be extremely satisfying to have a specific remedy for this issue. Any ideas?
