My versa 2 has developed a strange circle shadow. So I tried the soft reset but it's now significantly worse.. is there anything else I can try ? I haven't spilt any water or liquids or food on it, I have no idea what's happened to it ?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here but your chat got disconnected. If you still need help, please chat with us online again or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
In the meantime, I suggest trying to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
