A strange white line has appeared on my watch. Not sure why or what to do. Have tried to turn watch off and on again and it is Upto date.

If you haven't already done, please first sync your device to not lose any data it might have tracked so far. Then restart your device by holding it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
If this doesn't fix this issue and the white line can be noticed with every other clock face as well, there might be an issue with your device's display. In this case I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:

Hi there, @Doris309. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2 is still showing that white line despite the restart you tried. Thanks for the image attached, I'll do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
