I’ve had previous issues with my Fitbit connection which I fixed after contacting customer service. But now there’s no sleep mode on or do not disturb and yet my screen on the watch has a white ring round it and has really dimmed to the point where you can’t see it. I’ve had it for less than two years and I’m not impressed hope I can fix it and it’s not technical just to try and get you to buy the 3.

I have already done both of these and there is still a blue ring around my watch face ?
