The screen is glowing green, I can't shut off the power. I can't reset it.

The fix says change your face screen, but I've never changed screens it's the original factory setting.

I'm extremely unhappy with fitb

Hi there, @Ars1969. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 2 is still green. I understand why you're feeling unhappy, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work, I do recommend trying to change your clock face . If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. If you have never changed the clock face on your Versa 2, please check this help article for instructions: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I've tried that! All of that, and it can't be restarted I've tried charging the clock face which really doesn't make sense because I've never changed the clock face before.

I'm really upset with Fitbit!
