Versa 2 screen is acting odd

Since yesterday my Versa 2 screen has been unresponsive. It’s still tracking my steps/calories/heart rate but i can’t turn off my alarms or select any apps. I also catch the screen moving around on its own such as my notifications showing halfway on the screen or being stuck on the app menu.

i have already held the button down to do a factory reset about 6 times and changed the clock face to a Fitbit face and nothing is working. Is my watch done for? 😞

Hi there, @katlong333. Welcome on board. Thanks for already trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit device.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I've been having the same issue. I did a full reset and it helped except now I can swipe down to see my notifications. I can swipe every other way just not pull my notifications down.
