My Fitbit screen flashed white and static yesterday whenever I turned it on. The image on my screen is now so feint I can barely see it and I can’t swipe. I have tried all the reset/on off things recommended and nothing. The device is over 3 years old but I really would expect such an expensive device to last longer than that!
many advice gratefully received.
thanks

Same here. My screen went blank today so I thought maybe the battery ran out. It seemed to not be charging and then suddenly the home screen appeared but then immediately went back to the white static. Still flashing white static whenever i pick it up. This was a replacement in Sept 21 for the first Versa 2 that went bad within a year. I will not be buying anymore fitbit and if they don't replace this, I'll be giving bad reviews EVERWHERE I can

my first versa 2 died within one year. The 2nd one replaced it in September 2021 and the replacement started scrolling and flashing static white lines yesterday and they emailed and said out of warranty. FITBIT products are questionable and they definetly don't stand behind their products. I'm very angry about this and will be posting negative reviews everywhere if they don't do the right thing and replace this under warranty

My Fitbits have never even lasted 2 years...gone through 6 in 6 years. First one broke after 4 months ($300) - I sweated through the fixed band of the Surge, under warantee it was replaced. Then that one broke after a year or so...I was offered 30% off my next one...bought a Blaze...that one acted up after a couple years and I got a discount on the Versa...then that one died on me suddenly... I replaced it with another Versa...and that one has died 1 year and 8 months later. So, I just bought a Garmin! Haha...
