What Fitbit do I have ?

Hi 

I have been gifted a Fitbit and I do not know what type it is therefore cannot charge it !

or maybe it’s broken ? I have got a Verda charger but it will not charge .

it has one button on the left and 2 on the right .

hope someone can help .

Hi @Dan301173  look at these images and click on the one which most seems like the Fitbit you have. click to go there. It's hard for us on the community to know as you're the one looking at the device. Your friend couldn't tell you which Fitbit it is? Not all chargers work for the Versa series, too.

It must be the blaze then , as it is not in the watch case to charge .

The Blaze has the pebble (the actually device) that in order to be charged needs to be removed from the metallic frame and put it into an akwardly made charger
