Hi @Fredbrk56 - try syncing and then do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu.
Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.

Best AnswerThank you! I have tried that and it didn’t work. I called support and they gave the same response. I didn’t wear the watch for a couple of days, tried that again and now it works! Thank you and fingers crossed!
