Versa 2 screen is acting odd

My Versa 2 was not auto tracking so I installed the updated software. Now the screen vibrates and will not accept any attempts to go to the apps. I contacted support and was told since it was out of warranty they couldn't help. It is only 18 months old. So with the updated software the Versa 2 is worthless.

Hi @ricklal - if you already did a watch restart and that didn't help, a factory reset might resolve it. You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for help with that.

It doesn't happen that an update is not properly installed, so it will need to be setup from scratch again.
