Versa 2 screen is blue

Yesterday my versa 2 screen went blue,  and is now unable to turn off. Notifications are still showing blue unable to read anything as screen appears to be showing multiple things at the same time.  Unable to reset, as just turns screen off (eventually) and then back on.  Any suggestions welcome

Hi @bjdebney - unfortunately the watch could be faulty but first try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

You can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with a factory reset in case it is a temporary issue.

Hi there, @bjdebney. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't work, please follow @Guy_'s advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
