My Versa 2 is out of warranty, so I would like to know how I can repair it. I am in the UK. I have had it since January 2020.
The screen flashes with white noise. I tried resetting it, but that didn't work, so I decided to do the factory reset. I was just about able to move between the pages to get to Settings and then About and then factory reset, but unfortunately the factory reset hasn't stopped the problem. The white noise is still there, even though the factory reset has been implemented.
Unless someone can come up with a miracle cure, it needs a repair, but I am struggling to find anyone in the UK who is an authorised repairer. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
Update: Having found some threads with a similar problem, I will keep it cool and hope the flashing stops.

HI Marre, yes the problem has been resolved for now, after keep it coo following a factory reset. Thanks. The factory reset has led to the sleep function not working properly but I will search for a solution to that before posting again.

@BillBobMatthews Thanks for confirming that the issue with your Versa 2's screen has been solved.
As regards to the sleep data not being tracked, please note that sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you performed a factory reset and had just set up your Versa 2 again, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

I reverted back to Normal from Sensitive, and have tightened the watch by one notch before sleep, and I have had fairly accurate results for the past two nights.
