My Versa 2 has just started going crazy - screen corrupt, looping, vibrating and getting a little warm to the touch. I have tried recharging it - to no avail. I have seem similar reports online but no evidence of a fix. I took a video to help ishow the problem. https://www.billybigpotatoes.com/fitbit-fail/

Still not resolved I feel like I am in a support bot loop. Was considering buying a new one but nervous it will not last. Support really is not helping my confidence.
