Hi there, @DomB @jen75033. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@DomB, @jen75033  - just in case there is an OS problem try Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu.

Wait 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Make sure the watch is not in Sleep or Don not disturb mode in the Quick Settings [pull down from the tope edge of the watch and then again and click on the 2 whits bars]
