Versa 2 screen is glitching and it stopped tracking information

I have previously reached out for help regarding my FitBit Versa 2 which is 10 months old - the screen is not responding to touch and it randomly goes off and just shows the FitBit logo and stops recording any information. Sometimes the screen flickers a white light or black and white. I have tried the suggested steps to reset it several times however the issues keep repeating. The watch is no longer serving its purpose because I am missing out on points with Vitality as a result of the watch not working. Please assist!

Hi @mngomane, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Fitbit Versa 2 glitches, doesn't respond to touch and it stopped recording your information. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
