Versa 2 screen is green

My watch has been broken for a while and I just wanted to see if I could possibly fix it. The screen is green and I added a new Fitbit on to my account so I don’t have access to it anymore as I can’t see the four number verification code. I just wanted to fix this one because I don’t really like the sense 2 very much. Here’s a photo of it. I’ve tried restarting it many times and it still is not going away. It’s either I can fix it or it’s maybe getting old as I’ve had this one for 2 years now. I appreciate everyone who will help me!!!

Hi @emmaxcrunner - it looks as though it has a fault.

When you put it on charge does it show battery level? If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.

Though will it respond to a swipe in any direction?

How does it respond to a single or long  (1 second) button press?

These steps will help locate a potential issue, such as a clock face or a watch fault.
