Hi @pratako5 - this can be a watch fault, especially if it got wet recently.
If it hasn't you can try syncing and a factory reset with the button, as you can't use the settings.
But you will have to set it up again and may not be able to if the factory reset fails (it can, especially if there is a fault) or you live in the EEA and won't have access to all clocks in the gallery anymore.
This drastic measure probably won't resolve the fault if it is indeed a watch hardware issue.
