Versa 2 screen is not responding

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

4 months old, I started noticing my screen would freeze, not resp to my swipe or pushing the button. I would turn it off and back on, and it would be fine. Then a few days later it happened again, then daily, now it is almost consistent. My screen is faded and pixel looking. Battery has been draining also every 2 days or less. I don't have a lot of apps, and not even fully utilizing this as much as it should be used. Please help.

Hi @Beebegun2, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the screen is not working properly and the battery drains fast.

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, try the tips listed in this help page in order to improve the battery level of your Versa 2. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I am having the same issue, only the restart only helps for an hour before it becomes unresponsive again. What should I do?

I am having the same issue. I bought my mother a versa 2 as a gift, and the screen suddenly stopped working, won’t charge and won’t turn back on. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times, and left it on the charger for a few days- still nothing. I contacted customer support and they did not answer a single question I had, and actually ended up being quite rude to me. All they said they could do was offer a 25% discount to buy a new watch. After reading through these threads, looks like the majority of people are experiencing this sort of issue with the versa, so why would I spend money on a new one? Clearly there is something wrong with the watches themselves. It’s truly disappointing to see how poorly customer service is handled in such a big community. If anyone knows how I can resolve this issue with the versa no turning on after multiple reset attempts and charging it for days, please let me know.
