My Versa 2 was purchased for me as a Christmas gift. It was working great and about two weeks ago it now turns off and on on it’s own and my touch screen doesn’t work. Also the side button often times won’t turn the screen display on. Any ideas of what to do? I have the turned the product on and off many times to try to reset it but it is not helping anything.
