My Versa 2 screen remains black when I push the button to activate it. If I hold the button longer, it vibrates and “exercise” appears but I cannot do anything with that. I held the button longer to try a factory reset, but saw nothing on the screen. Now when I push the button a red circled x appears with “data not cleared sync and try again.” The fitbit is connected by Bluetooth to my phone. It is 13 months old. I charged it so it is fully charged.
