Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

My Versa 2 is (mostly) unresponsive to touch. I can't seem to be able to swipe, or tap something like starting a workout.

 

Even if I do get a workout started, by the end I am unable to tap the pause and finish buttons.

 

Also occasionally it gets phantom touches, thinks I am touching it repeatedly and buzzes in response over and over. Quite annoying.

 

I have tried resetting several times as well as changing the clockface and the issue persists. Is there any other option?
