Hi,
My Fitbit Versa 2 is only half a year old, but it keeps freezing and restarting by itself. When I have an alarm go off, the watch freezes then restarts, and I can't do anything. I also often look at my watch and it's got the Fitbit sign on it (it's halfway through restarting) even though I haven't done anything. I think that each time the watch restarts, it stops counting time while it's off because when I wake up, it can be between 10-25 minutes behind my phone. When this happens, I always sync my watch which fixes the time, but when I look at my watch, I never know if the time is right or not which is annoying because that's what my watch is for. Sometimes when I tap it, it doesn't work, and it automatically restarts then works, but this can get frustrating. I have tried restarting it myself and syncing it but neither work. Could you please let me know if there's anything else I can do? Thank you so much.
