Versa 2 screen not responding

Hi everyone,

I have recently replaced my Charge 3 (screen died) with a Versa 2. I have an OPPO F1s phone and the operating system is not compatible with the Versa. I cannot connect it to my Laptop, either, using FitBit Connect as there is no provision for a Versa 2.

 

I'm interested to know if

(a)   Anyone else had these issues?

(b)   What type of phone would be a better option for me (have been thinking of changing the OPPO for a little while now) ?
