Hi,
My Versa 2 screen has become unresponsive since the update a few days ago. I have tried restarting and changing the clock face numerous times but it hasn't work. Need some help please

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Mine has done the exact same since the update however Mine doesn't vibrate.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I have looked at and tried several tips from the link you gave me but nothing has worked.
I have charged the device for a hour but will leave longer. After charging the device i have restarted again and changed the watch face. It works for either
one tap or swipe and refreezers.
Where do we go from here?

Mine vibrates when I put on the charger and when I tap the screen..so it acts like the screen is there , but it’s still black.
