Versa 2 screen not showing data

My Fitbit screen shows 80% power when I plugged it in, but won’t show content when button is pressed.  The screen showed the power level when it was plugged in.  It also shows me a message about setting up my wallet if I double press the button.  But no time, steps, calories...

1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
