Versa 2 screen not working fully

My versa2 asked me to unlock from my phone, i have reset my Passcode but now my screen is not fully operational, can slide up to put Passcode in but can't enter password, now has locked itself again due to 10 wrong attempts at the password which i have not entered? Any help

Try resetting your pass code.
