Versa 2 screen not working

Hi! The screen displays source/output. I can still get messages, see incoming calls, notifications, my steps, etc....my problem is the darn thing is stuck on the source function and I can't go to my home screen or swipe to get anywhere else. I have tried to do a factory reset, shutting down.....all that. When I press and hold the 1 side button my screen just goes black. The logo doesn't display like it does when powering down or starting up. I'm not sure if its under warranty or anything, but I'd really like to fix this issue and not spend a lot of money on a new one.

  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hello, I tried restarting it and nothing. Fitbit logo doesn't show up, screen just goes black.
