Versa 2 screen problems

I've started to have a few issues with my versa 2 and I'm not sure if it's coincidence but they have been since the Spo2 clock face was installed. On several occasions the display started continuously cycling through the Spo2 metrics and only restarting the device made it stop. Then the display on the device suddenly went dim and there is a purplish hue around the edges of the watch face. And now the display is not responding to touch and won't swipe in any direction.

I have uninstalled the Spo2 clock face and restarted the device several times but it hasn't helped. It still tracks & syncs with the app and I receive notifications on it but that's all. Can the display screen be replaced?

Can you share how it was resolved. I had the same thing happen after installing the spo2 clockface.

Unfortunately they were unable to resolve it so they replaced my device....
