Versa 2 screen stopeed working

My versa 2 stopped working completely, the screen is black it don't want to reset very disappointing. Can someone please help me to sort it?

I’m currently experiencing full battery and no screen on the watch.

Strangely my watch has now just returned to normal 14 hours later!!

I'm having screen issues too.  Keeps glitching and going unresponsive and having to restart it .  Screen gone green now ? Started today randomly .  Using Fitbit clockfaces as well .

Don't stress try another clock face. FYI most of the free clock faces are
not being updated.always check for latest update before installed. Hoping
this was of some help to you.

Mine did the same but it started working after few hours... I think is doing that when you update it

Mine too. Battery full. Surprisingly it is syncing and the app shows details but no screen. I tried to hold the button for ten seconds and released. Nothing happened. Any help

Mine did the same thing today woke up to a white static screen.  Was sinking to the app but drained the battery super fast.  Tried to restart and nothing has changed. This is my 3rd versa in 3 years. Not feeling good about it.  Going to call customer support.

Sorry to hear about your versa changing them a lot... Mine had an update then stopped for few hours and started working again... Hope yours will start working too or if you get another one hope it will be a better one

Thank you. Called customer support and exhausted all the methods to get it right but failed. finally they agreed to replace it as it is on warranty. Good customer support.Hope I will get the new one soon.

They did something to fix mine yesterday but woke up this morning and it's
stopped working again. Ugg.....
