My Versa 2 started acting up today. Screen flickers yellow and can't see anything else on the screen. Tried resetting, turning it on and off, updating app and firmware, changing clock faces, but nothing is working and it's pretty unusable in this state.

I have woken up this morning and I have experienced exactly the same thing. Mine is lighting up around the edges. I have reset it, changed clock faces, updated app, followed all of the troubleshooting. So gutted 😞 Have used Fitbit since they launched their first fitbit. Really disappointed:(

I woke up to a similar problem today. My screen lights up but doesn’t display any information. I also cannot get it to sync to my phone. I’ve tried to change the clock face, but it won’t sync with that either.

My versa 2 was working fine when I slept yesterday. When I got up now neither it is giving any icon nor getting synchronized Please help

Mine has also done this. When on the charger it shows charged 100% but no screen, won’t sync or track steps - help?!

My Versa 2 is acting the same, please let me know if there is anything I could do.

I contacted customer support and they told me to send it in to them and they will send me a new one, but seems the whole process will take about 2 weeks. I thought it was just an issue with the latest update but oh well.
