Versa 2 screen stopped working properly

My Versa 2 stopped scrolling and screen flickers at times. I have restarted as directed by fitbit but still isn't working. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @JF75. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

 

As a first approach, I'd like to confirm that you've restarted your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have done both of these And still no luck.
I think my fit bit is done. Time to try something different I guess. It's
only a year and a half old and this isn't the first time I have had issues
with it.

I've tried this as well but no luck- my Fitbit was fine just yesterday! How do I fix this?? I have the Fitbit versa 2.
