I have had my versa 2 since November, and I’ve noticed a few things. The first being that over the last week or so, it is not holding its charge. It also freezes, and I’ve had to do 3 hard resets in the last week alone, as syncing did nothing to resolve the issue. Since the clocks have changed, my versa has synced to the correct hour, but is behind by 8 minutes. Manual syncing, changing time zones, manual reset, deleting device and reconnecting on Fitbit app, all of which has been tried and hasn’t worked. For the price you’re paying for this watch, and considering it’s only nearly 5 months old, this shouldn’t be happening. Has anyone else had the same issue??

I'm having the same issues. Did all the same things and nothing is working. Disappointed for such an expensive watch.

I have had the exact same problem and I am not great at trouble shooting technology like you are! I don't have the patience! I just want things to work!!!! How do I figure out how to fix the time problem????

i have constant issues with my versa2. It worked great for awhile but now it reboots all the time, it lags and the battery drains quickly. What a waste of money!
