My wife’s Versa 2 was working OK last night. She put it on the charger, and this morning the left side of the screen was bright white, and the touch screen has been difficult to use. A restart from the left button didn’t help.
We’re sure it wasn’t dropped between last night and today.
Time to replace?? (Wish i could post a picture!)

Hi there, @ckuttner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't work, please follow @Guy_'s advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @ckuttner - it is possible the screen is not properly connected inside, this can happen if it became loose or if moisture got in and damage has started.
Check it didn't or doesn't get hot while charging and if so stop immediately as it means internal damage.
You can try changing clock face though if it is a hardware fault it won't help.
If it is under warranty it can be replaced.

Thanks, folks, for your responses. Restart didn't help, changing watch faces didn't help. I really don't have time for a chat to discuss, but am grateful that Fitbit staff are so willing to help.
We sort of solved this: we just ordered a Versa 4 for my wife. After it arrives, I'm going to find the time to disassemble the Versa 2 and mess with the screen, as there's not much to lose at that point!
It's at least a couple of years past warranty, and served her well.
