Today my Fitbit versa screen wouldn't turn on, I thought the battery might be dead but it was at 60%. I updated the firmware today, tried factory reset but the screen is still black. It is recording steps, the light monitor on the back is working, and the side button will cause a vibration if I hold it. Just no screen activity. Watch is under a year old. It hasnt been wet before either. Please advise on what to do next. Thank you.
