Versa 2 screen unresponsive

My screen will not swipe at all. I have tried restarting, factory reset, and changing clock face and it only seems worse since I can no longer get to settings to factory reset. Any other ideas to get the screen to work again? Thank you.

@Abby189 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Please charge the Versa 2 for at least 30 Minutes. 
Remove the watch from the charging cable. 
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds or until you see the Fitbit logo. 

Release the button. The Versa 2 should then restart.
