My screen became very dim yesterday, it's worse today, I tried resetting the fitbit but that hasn't worked, everything was fine until yesterday morning. I can't turn up the brightness I tried yhat yesterday and it wasn't a lot better

Hello @JaneLBr
Is it possible that sleep mode is enabled? If that’s not the case and restarting your Versa 2 as well as adjusting the brightness level hasn’t helped you can try changing the clock face to see if that improves the brightness. It the problem persist I would contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
😃 Keep me posted on how it goes…I’m hoping it might have been just left on sleep more or a clock face change does the trick
