I'm unable to do anything with my fitbit. This is all it shows, it did this last week and came back on after a couple of minutes so I did a restart, it's now been like this for several hours. The home screen was showing then gradually faded out to this and now it won't do anything. If I hold the button it comes up on my phone with set up but the screen is still blank. Any suggestions please?

Hi there, @Sophes. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out and for the image attached. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a last resort, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have a standard clock face but am happy to try and change it if you can tell me how to do that from within the app please.

There is many people on here you are all giving the same advice to and this crash as only happened to there watches after the update now all of a sudden the watches are no good I have tried everything factory reset my watch way to many times now and as its no longer under a year I am told its not under warranty like every one else can you tell me why this has only happened to everyone after the new update? now the watches are obsolete unless under a year

Wow you guys have no shame really! The recent update is causing all these problems with so many watches and you're just telling us to do the basic steps despite knowing that it won't help at all!!! Recall the recent update or actually tell us something that'll really help. This is unbelievable customer service! My versa screen also went blank yesterday. You guys recommended a quick reset so I did that and now it's just not turning on.
And what's your reply to that? Your product is not under warranty so we cannot do anything. Way to go guys!

I went on chat yesterday and said that nothing would come up on the display and it had been like it for hours. They told me to hold the button until the fitbit logo appeared.... Honestly the support is awful. However, even though I've had mine 2 years 4 months they offered 35% discount off a new one so I've ordered. If, in the meantime, they actually fix the issue, I'll return the new/sell the old.

I woke up to the same thing. It also won’t count steps or sync with my phone. I just tried to reset my Versa and now it says “reset failed! Your data was not cleared. Please try again”. I pressed the “ok “ button and my clock face is back and it appears to be working normally, for now.
