Versa 2 screen went dark

I can’t see my screen with clock etc. I charged still not there. I don’t have my sleep info either.

@Yaya60 welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the dark screen issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contact our forums.

Please let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
