Hello,
My Fitbit versa 2 screen won't come on. It completely black. However it does still display text messages and I can see them whenever they come in. I have tried holding the button down and still nothing. It's not even a year old yet. I purchased it mid December of 2019. Please help!

Hi @Ttillman, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I got mine for Christmas 2019. I push the button on the side and it vibrates, then displays my auto-pay to hold next to a reader, that is all. My last Fitbit lasted me more than 4 years.
