My Versa 2 still records everything, and syncs with the app. I was even able to download the recent update. But out of nowhere this morning, the screen just stopped lighting up. I'm still getting updates throughout the day through vibration notifications.
I've tried to "restart" it but it won't respond to the restart. I press the button for more than 10sec and nothing changes.
The live chat function on the support page is down.
What can be done about this?
