Versa 2 screen won't respond

my vrrsa 2 lite has been off for about 3 mths since i turned it back on the touch screen can be used to look at the sreen but i cant touch anything wont swipe cant go into settings or apps

 

Update: oh and ive done a long reset and this didnt solve it changed my watch face didnt work either
