Half of my screen wasn't working for a few weeks so I moved my apps to the side that does work but now I can't even navigate off my home screen 🥺

Hi there, @TanishaM. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling.
Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

All these problems on the Versa 2 might be so to the latest update. I’ve been reading that a lot of the Versa 2 have had issues since update 72.1.23.
screen not being responsive to touch, heartbeat and sleep not being monitored. Hopefully FitBit comes out with an update fixing these bugs soon

I have the same problem, tried what you suggested multiple times and it doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve been reading that a lot of the Versa 2 have had issues since update 72.1.23.
Hopefully FitBit comes out with an update fixing these bugs soon.
