Versa 2 does not respond to touch. It is frozen on the home screen. I have restarted multiple times and still does not work. The device does sync on occasion.
What can I do to rectify this?

Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa 2 with the steps that were shared on your post, It seems odd that even after restarting your device you're still experiencing this display issue.
That said, I'd like to recommend you to try to change the clock face. You can find the instructions here.
