Versa 2 screen won't swipe

I can't swipe the face anymore, it doesn't move. Any ideas? It is a versa 2.

Hi there, @M1212. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My watch will not swipe down from the Home Screen to change sleep settings and such, also is very sluggish and slow to respond when doing anything…after the update
